BALSAMIC AVOCADO & STRAWBERRIES

This super-quick-to-make snack increases alertness and energy, while helping to relieve symptoms of stress which can affect your concentration.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

150 g (5 oz) strawberries, hulled

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp olive oil

2 avocados, peeled,

pitted and cut into chunks

2 tbsps shredded mint leaves

sea salt

Place the strawberries in a small bowl with the vinegar and oil and season to taste. Set aside while you prepare the avocados.
